Roasted Wild Salmon with Coconut Aminos and Dijon

I have posted other sheet pan salmon recipes in the past, and those are still wonderful options, but this recipe kicks things up a bit with more flavor. My hubby and kiddos both love fish, so I have been trying to make salmon at least once a week. It takes about 2 minutes to prep and 15 minutes to cook. Such an easy and healthy dinner for the whole family.

Salmon Recipe

For this recipe I used wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Mix all ingredients, besides salmon, in a bowl. Once combined, place salmon on baking sheet or dish and pour sauce over salmon. Place in oven and bake on 350 for 15 minutes.

Optional: I added broccoli around the salmon to cook as well, but other vegetables would also be great. Just toss veggies in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Above sauce would be a good option as well.  Veggies might need to cook longer than salmon, so remove salmon from sheet pan and place veggies back in the oven for 15-20 more minutes.

Enjoy!!
