Holiday Gift Guide

This is my first attempt at doing a Holiday Gift Guide, but I though I would share some of my favorite Kitchen and Beauty items, as well as some other items that I either love or want. I probably should have done this before black Friday sales, but some of these items are still on sale.

Here is a link to the gift guide and below are some details about each item Holiday Gift Guide, In the guide link above are links to each of the items on my list.

The first category for gift items is kitchen items. These are things I have and love.

  1. All Clad Stainless Steel pots and pans – We got these as a wedding present seven years ago, and I still use them daily. They are durable, easy to clean and made of stainless steel.
  2. Lodge Cast Iron Skillet – this is a newer item for me, but so far I love it. I have the 12″ skillet which is a perfect size. I also got a silicone handle so I don’t burn myself when using it. To keep it seasoned, I coat in avocado oil after each use.
  3. Marble Salt Cellar – I have two of these and keep Celtic Sea Salt in one and Himalayan Pink Salt in the other. We love salt around here!!
  4. Le Creuset Baking Dishes – These are also a newer purchase for me, but I use them all the time. Clean, white and timeless bakeware.
  5. Le Creuset Dutch Oven – Another wedding present we have had for years and the perfect size for making soups and stews. And, I love this new gray color with the gold handle.
  6. Silicone Muffin Baking Cups – I use these all the time.  They make cleanup so easy and are fun colors for the kiddos.
  7. Ice Cream Scoopers – I have these in all three sizes and use them for so many different things – meatballs, pancakes, muffins, protein balls, cookies, etc. the list goes on. They ensure all items are the same size and cook at the same time.
  8. Stainless Steel Straws – Reusable and non toxic straws for the whole family and more durable that the glass straws.
  9. Hydro Flask Water Bottle – The whole family has these Hydro Flask water bottles.  They are stainless steel and come in all different sizes and colors for the whole family.

The second category is beauty items. These are all items I have and use and love!!

  1. Waterpik Toothbrush – both an electric toothbrush and flosser that is amazing for keeping those pearly whites clean.
  2. 100% Pure Palette – I have used this palette for years and it has both a blush and highlighter as well as three eyeshadows that are great for any occasion.
  3. Ilia Lip Gloss – I am not much of a lipgloss fan, but I do love the Ilia lipgloss in love buzz.
  4. Essential Oil Diffuser – I have this diffuser in my kitchen and love it. It is simple and stylish and works great. During the holidays I keep thieves eo going at all times to keep the germs away.
  5. Wet Brush – I have thick and fine hair which gets super tangly after the shower. These wet brushes have been a lifesaver for me. Great for my daughters hair to get the tangles out gently as well.
  6. Osea Face Cream – Most of the products I use are from my esthetician Emme Diane, but there are a few other lines I love when using more natural products. Osea Malibu if one of those lines and this cream is amazing. It is so hydrating and luxurious, especially here in the desert where my skin can get so dry.
  7. Slip Silk Sleep Set – These are newer items for me, but I have been using them for a few months and love them. I have the slip silk pillowcase and scrunchies and they have made such a difference in my hair then next day. No more frizz and line from where my old hair tie was all night.
  8. Goop Beauty Set – Goop Beauty by Juice Beauty is another favorite of mine when choosing natural skincare products. This is a great way to sample the set if you are hesitant to try the full size products. The exfoliating instant facial is my favorite for sure.
  9. Primally Pure Dry Shampoo – I am not a fan of traditional aerosol spray dry shampoos so this is a great option. It is a powder that comes in two colors and works great. I have been using if for a few years now and really helps to stretch those days between washes.

The third category is kitchen appliances. Most of these I have and use regularly, one is on my wish list, and the other I need to get more familiar with but people all seem to rave about.

  1. All Clad Slow Cooker – if you follow me on instagram, then you know I am a fan of this slow cooker. I use it weekly to make shredded chicken, bone broth, soups and more.
  2. Instant Pot – This is one I have, but I need to get more familiar with using it. For some reason it intimidates me. I love that it is stainless steel and that you don’t need to plan ahead to use it.
  3. All Clad Hand Blender – This hand blender comes in handy when making cauliflower mash or soup. I can puree food directly in the pan that I cook it in, so it makes for easy cleanup.
  4. Nespresso Coffee Machine – Another item we have had and used daily since we got married. I love the espresso version that comes with the milk frother.
  5. Vitamin Blender – My husband has made a smoothie everyday with our vitamin for the last seven years and it is still holding up strong. I also use it to make babyfood.
  6. Air Fryer – I have not tried this yet, but I would love an air fryer. This one is stainless steel as well.
  7. Dry Farm Wine Membership – I got this for my hubby last year and we have loved most every bottle so far. Great organic and biodynamic wines delivered as often as you would like.

My last category is an other category that consists of random things I have and love and other things I have had my eye on.

  1. 2020 Prayer Journal – I bought a couple of these Val Marie Paper prayer journals, for both hubby and myself, a couple months ago and can’t wait to start using them in the new year.
  2. Butterfly Social Bracelets – I got these a few weeks ago and they are so cute!! I got three with my kiddos names on them and then a black and off white one. I also ordered my daughter and all my nieces the light pink ones and they turned out adorable.
  3. Adına Reuter Circle Ring and Disk Ring – I love jewelry, and especially love rings. They are the mom friendly jewelry that I can wear daily and not worry about my kiddos pulling on and breaking. These two rings are unique and so sparkly!!!
  4. See Above
  5. Madewell Necklace Set – I love made well necklaces. They are easy to wear and dress up any outfit.
  6. Kids Affirmation Cards – I got these for my daughter and we have been doing one card per night for the past few nights. We have incorporated it into our bedtime routine and she loves reading these cards each night. Such a great way to boost their minds with positivity each night before bed.
  7. Family Conversation Deck – These are another set of cards that we have been doing and dinner time for the past few weeks. There are great questions to get the kiddos involved in the dinnertime conversation. Another family favorite.
  8. Melatonin Light Bulbs – These are are a new item for us. My son likes to sleep with his light on at night, but I don’t want the blue light keeping him stimulated and affecting his REM sleep. These melatonin light bulbs don’t have any blue light and have minimal green light to help the kiddos sleep soundly at night while still having the lights on.
